Disclaimer: This is my first post to my first blog and I'm going to just wing this and hope you all enjoy!

I would like to start with just thanking you all for being a part of this wild ride. I will be taking time to write about my bio, how this all started, and information related to what I'm most passionate about, training. I feel it's my responsibility to pass on knowledge and to train others to become better.

So just to let you all know I'll try to keep these short (some will be lengthy) but I promise they will be informative. So again thank you for being part of this and I hope you can take at least one piece of knowledge with you.
